Authentic Mushroom Soup Recipe. Unfortunately, not vegan.

Ingredients:

  Fresh button mushrooms, 8 pcs
  Oyster mushrooms, 5 pcs
Dried mushrooms (soaked in hot water), 5 pcs
Garlic cloves (finely chopped), 2
  Onions, 2
  Celery stick, 1
  Leek stick, 1
Bay leaves, 2
Fresh milk, 2 cups
Whipped cream, 1 cup
Water, 2 cups
Salt and white pepper powder

 *cut into small pieces     

Directions:

1. Saute garlic, onion, celery and leek until fragrant.
2. Add all the mushrooms and bay leaves. Saute until wilted.
3. Pour in the water and stir for a while before letting it boil.
4. Reduce the heat after it boils and leave until all the vegetables are soft.
5. Remove the bay leaf before the grinding process starts.
6. Finely grind all the ingredients with the water and pour back into the pot.
7. Reheat the soup that has been ground earlier. Add salt and white pepper powder.
8. Pour in the cream and milk. Cook for a while until it is well blended.
9. Serve while the soup is still hot along with slices of toast.

Tips:

  • Chicken broth can also be used to make this soup.
