Fried Macaroni Thai Style

Ingredients:

Macaroni (boiled and tossed), 1 pack
Large medium shrimps (peeled), 5
Tomato (cut into small pieces), 1
  Red onions, 2
  Garlic cloves, 5 
Tablespoons chili (crushed), 2 tablespoons
  Garlic flower, 2 petals 
  Coriander leaves, a pinch
  Lemon grass, 1 stalk
  Green chilies, 2
Chili sauce, 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon
Egg, 1 pc
Salt and sugar
Oil (for saute)

 *thinly sliced ingredients     

Directions:

1. Heat a frying pan and sauté the minced onion, garlic and chili until fragrant.
2. Add shrimp, chili sauce, oyster sauce, garlic flowers, tomatoes, hot chili and lemongrass.
3. Add salt and sugar before adding the macaroni. Stir well.
4. Add and mix the eggs and coriander leaves well.
5. Serve macaroni and garnish according to your creativity.

Tips:

  • Do not boil the macaroni for too long until it becomes too soft as the macaroni will crumble during the sauteing process. 
  • Add flavor by adding a squeeze of lime to make it tastier.
